PERSONAL STATEMENT

I started this business because I want to help prospective student athletes maximize their potential for recruiting opportunities. After going through the process with my daughter, I realized many PSAs are not taking full advantage of the various avenues to broaden their exposure to college coaches; especially during one-way communications with coaches until September 1 of the PSA's junior year of high school. Getting recruited does not just happen. You have to work at it. Like most things in life, what you put in is what you get out. Call me and let’s get to work. ​​

ABOUT RHODA

​Rhoda Horn is a certified personal trainer who has lived in Marin County, CA with her husband for over 20 years. As their daughter became interested in playing softball at age five, Rhoda became active in the Marin Girls Softball (MGS) recreation league, where she coached for years. Rhoda also served on the MGS Board for eight years, while simultaneously running the Tiburon Girls Softball league.  Rhoda also coached travel softball for several years. Most recently she has been more focused on her daughter’s recruiting, who is just finishing her recruiting process. Over time, Rhoda picked up key recruiting insights and exposure opportunities, ultimately counseling friends during their own recruiting journeys. She hopes to share her insights with other PSAs to help them make the most of their recruiting process.

​Rhoda was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, where among her accolades was being crowned Miss Teen Pittsburgh (1986), Miss Majorette of Pennsylvania (1986), and World Open Baton Champion (1986).  She attended the University of Arizona where she met her husband Rich before moving to the Bay Area where they settled and are raising their daughter Samantha.  She has been running and operating her own personal training business for the past 25 years.
